The reason I wanted to post this video is not because of the sport or the athletic ability of the boy. I want to give you a bit of inspiration and a little education on overcoming and defying the odds in life.
We burden ourselves with excuses when trying to reach our goals, especially in fitness.
Too busy, too tired, too hard!
The point here isn’t to create guilt in you but to show you that your supposed handicaps (excuses)only hinder you when you let them. You are capable of reaching any fitness goal you want.
Stay consistent, stay inspired, and NEVER let an excuse hold you back from getting results.
